What this covers
This policy describes how Hinton Labs LTD ("Hinton Labs", "we") handles personal data on this website. Data handled inside our products (such as StockWise POS) is governed by the service agreement for that product.
What we collect on this site
This website is informational. It does not use accounts, tracking cookies, or advertising identifiers. We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us — for example your name, phone number, and message when you reach us on WhatsApp or by email.
How contact data is used
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under their own terms; email is processed by our email provider. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Write to info@hintonlabs.co.ke and we will respond.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be dated here.
